How do I get a Microsoft Office Flyer I made onto Myspace?

I made a flyer using Microsoft Office to invite people to a party. I want to know how I can message it to people's myspace. Kind of like when you message them a picture or something. I tried using flock, and I tried to copy and paste it but neither of those worked. Anyone know how I can do this?

best bet is to save it as a pdf, then open the pdf in an image editing software and save it as a jpg. If you can't do this, then just print it, and scan it as a jpg. Then you can use it on myspace.
