How do I make a backup of Microsoft Office?

I bought Microsoft Office Ultimate, and I had to download it from the net instead of having a disk mailed to me. They said to be sure to make a backup copy of it and the installation, but I cannot seem to figure out how to do this. Any info will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

You were supposed to save it when you downloaded it.





Go back to the site you purchased it from and use your key, download it again and SAVE it in a zip file to a flash drive or something similar.

Right click the link, and hit save target as...
Reply:Hi if you have got Microsoft Office setup file on your pc then you need to save it to CD or DVD. You will have to use a burning programme like Nero have a look on this site http://www.nero.com/enu/index.html but do not delete your office file until you have safely backed it up as you may not be able to get another copy .
