If you try printing out papers with comments on Microsoft word, majority of the comments are cut off. I have a standard printer. How do you shrink the size of the comments to where it can fit on the paper?

in you print setup screen make sure you select the print to fit 1 page wide by 1 page high so that all your comments come out
If you have multiple pages just select 1 page wide and what ever page tall so that everything fits on each sheet.
