How do u put a a glossary in alphabetical order on microsoft word?

and i need to add in my friends glossary. both of our glossaries are in alphabetical order, but when we put them together, their not. IT will take a long time to put them in alphabetical order and i know there's a way to do that on microsoft word. Whenever i try, nothing changes. So how would u put a glossary in alphabetical order on microsoft word?

Select the entire list.


On the Table menu, choose Sort.


Click Options, then click Other, then press the spacebar and click OK.


Choose "Sort by Word 1", then click OK.
