Is there any possible way to return my Microsoft Zune for my money back?

First off, I bought a refurbished Microsoft Zune from eBay. Three months later, the battery suddenly wouldn't charge anymore, and left me with an empty battery. I registered the device, where I found it was in warranty. I called up Zune support, talked for hours, until they finally gave in to give me a brand new one. Now, three months later, the battery won't charge, just like before. Can I return it for my money back? It's still in warranty.

Most likely no...your would have to exchange it for another one. Generally they will not give you your money back.
