How to create a specifically sized box in Microsoft Works or Paint?

I'm trying to create a bookmark and I'd like to create a bookmark sized box using either one of the Microsoft Works programs or Paint. I want to size the box specifically by inches. I don't want to create a randomly sized box. I already know how to do that in Paint.

How to create a specifically sized box in Microsoft Works or Paint?
Press Control + E and enter the desired dimensions.
Reply:In Paint choose Attributes from the image menu. Set the units to inches. Enter your dimensions, now the canvas is the exact size of your bookmark.
Reply:In Microsoft Works Word Processor, select the "New Painting" icon in the toolbar (should be right below the main menu)

This will open the drawing program.

Select "Image" from the main menu, and then select "attributes".

Select "inches" as the unit of measure.

Type in the height in inches and width in inches.

Select ok.

You'll see the drawing toolbar on the left side of the application. Select the A (this is the text button). You can make a square the same size as the square you just made.

Then you can type in the text you want.
