When you are writing comments on Microsoft word, the comment is in red. After a while the comment turns purple. How do I make it red again?

Should be able to do it from the toolbar.If you do not see that option click view then toolbars and add accordingly then close the program and restart.You should have the option there afterwards.
Reply:copy, hit color, then select red for all.
