I am a Teacher in Thailand and my Microsoft office is all in Thai.I cannot use my 'Word'very well and what makes it bad is that even if I get and answer I guess it will have to be a step by step becasue I can't read a thing.
How do I change the the language settings in Microsoft office?
It sounds like you own a version of Microsoft Office that is not the US or English version (EN). To do this, you would have to buy a whole new version of Office (EN).
Reply:Look on the very bottom line, your language is there, click on that and select the language you wish to use (providing you have installed the dictionaries etc)
Reply:To install additional languages
Open Regional Options in Control Panel.
On the General tab, under Language settings for the system, select the check box next to the language group you want to install.
Hope I helped. =)
Reply:change it in the control panel
Reply:To enable additional languages
Click Start, Programs, Microsoft Office Tools.
In the Microsoft Office Language Settings dialog, click the Enabled Languages tab.
Click the check boxes for the languages you wish to enable, then click OK.
If you choose to change the installation language instead of enabling additional languages, you make that change on this tab as well.
To change the installation language value
Click Start, Programs, Microsoft Office Tools.
In the Microsoft Office Language Settings dialog, click the Enabled Languages tab.
Change the value of Default version of Microsoft Office to the default language.
Close any open Office applications, and start (or restart) the application you want to use.
See if it works and let me know.
