I have microsoft office 2007 but I don't use it. Is it ok for me to give it to my friend? I installed it once but since I do not use it, I have already uninstalled it.

If you have already installed the cdkey, it is illegal. You can get into trouble for having 1 cdkey on 2 computers even in your own home.
