How do I create a bibliography and then export that to Microsoft Word using Zotero?

I just downloaded the program and the plug-in to export bibliographies into MS Word. However, I do not even see how to create a bibliography from my assortment of articles. How do I (a) create a bibliography using Zotero and (b) export that to Microsoft Word?
