Are there any good Microsoft Word Tutorials that a complete beginner could understand?

Hi. First of all, this isn't for me. This is for my mother, who knows how to use computers, but barely is able to use Microsoft Word. She just recently got a computer at work, and she needs to learn word for her nursing documents, attendance sheets, etc.

She especially needs to learn about tables and formatting.

Do you know any free, possibly animated, and very easy tutorials that could teach Word to her?

Thanks a lot. :D
