They are not a monopoly and the Government did not enforce anything.
Microsoft had 18 Billion dollars in liquid assets and Bill Clinton wanted a share of it.
It was an attempt to steal money unter the guise of a court case.
Netscape claimed that Microsoft Internet Explorer in conjunction with Microsoft windows was a Monopoly because, when you removed Internet Explorer and replaced it with Netscape, none of the goodies worked.
