I went through the steps on the Microsoft site but would like to know how much should I charge my client for this type of job. I am assuming it should not take me more than 3 hours to get this installed.

An SBS install of SBS Standard will take AT LEAST 6 hours on a new server, provided you have a 3Mb/sec internet connection and you do all the appropriate patching to the system.
