I need to buy a new laptop and am worried about Vista and getting an updated Word program....I thought there was a Microsoft Office 2008 (w/word) but all I've seen is a Microsoft Works Plus 2008.
What is the difference between Microsoft Office 2007 and Microsoft Works 2008?
Get Office 07 Student and Teacher. Any changes will be upgraded free and automatically.
Reply:microsoft office is a full office suite with word, excel, powerpint, and usually access.
imcrosoft works, just has a few small features you can write a letter and make some math calculations, similar but not the same as office.
office is by far the most complete and superior product.. the year doesnt matter.
