How can I call microsoft about getting my zune fixed?

Well it seems Microsoft is trying in every way possible to not let me get a hold of the phone number I need to call to get my cracked screen repaired, and I'm still under warranty. Can someone help me out?

How can I call microsoft about getting my zune fixed?
sorry mine had a bad battery and it was only a month old and they would not replace it even though they say it has a year of warranty and yet i also paid for the extended but they still want fix it instead they give you excuses like let the battery die down all the way and then charge it fully and that should fix it but it don't and they make stupid excuses.

Reply:Look on the box of your Zune, if you still have the box. It should have a phone number on it somewhere.
