How do you aphabetically arrange a list of names or references on a page using microsoft word?
1. Have each name or reference on a separate line.


2. Select them all.


3. Click the Table-%26gt;Sort menu item.


4. Choose your options.


5. Click OK.





That should do it.
Reply:I don't know of a way in word. Excel gives you the options by


sorting by row or column. You may be able to copy the entire document and paste it into excel. That would give you more options.
