How do i design a program using Microsoft Visual Basic? I can't find the actual program anywhere?

I've recently been reading tutorials on the Web on how to design programs using Microsoft Visual Basic. I have all the VB files on my Hard Drive but can't seem to find the program anywhere. I've also tried downloading it from the Microsoft website but there is an error half way through installing it and it closes down.

Drag and drop control to the form.





Double click the controls will take you to the code page, edit the code there for the required events.





Press f5
Reply:It depends on what kind of programming you're trying to achieve but if you have MS Excel (or Word) you can do a lot in there as well.


You need a version higher than the 4 though. That is, one that supports VBA.
