How do you remove outside formatting when pasting into Microsoft Word?

If I'm trying to copy and paste, lets say, paragraphs of addresses from various internet sites into one Microsoft Word document (I use 2007), how can I paste them into the document and have the wording automatically formatted to my default settings?

I'm not familiar with the steps for Word Vista (2007), but in Word XP (2002), you do an Edit-%26gt;Paste Special-%26gt;Unformatted text to do this.
