How can you transfer a Microsoft Office 2007 license from one computer to another?

Since Microsoft forces you to register the software in order to be able to use it more than a given number of times, will attempting to register it on a second machine lead to an error message?

If it came pre-installed: No


If you purchased Office it will let you do it limited times.
