How will I change the vertical format to horizontal format in microsoft word?

I am using Microsoft word 2003, any one who knows how to function it and knows how to switch the paper format from vertical to horizontal, give me some directions. That will be appreciated!

File | page setup | orientation : landscape vs portrait.
Reply:okay.. so open the document


1) go to file


2) click on page setup


3) you will see 4 tabs ---%26gt; click on the second tab


4) then you'll see a small pic of a paper with a big A


5) and you click on "landscape" and thats it

Reply:Go to File, ... Page Setup, ... select Orientation, Landscape. If you want an even wider page, ... select Paper in the same place and choose 11x17.
